My mom spent a little over a week at Simpsonville Post Acute Care, and our experience was very positive. The facility was clean both inside and out, and the hallways were always clutter-free. My mom stayed in a private room, which was cleaned daily by the environmental services team. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout her stay. They took excellent care of my mom and made sure all of her needs were met. Call lights were answered promptly, and her pain medication was administered without delay whenever she needed it. One thing that really stood out was the kindness and compassion of the staff. My aunt spent long days at the facility helping care for my mom, and on more than one occasion, the staff offered her a meal tray because they noticed she had been there all day. That small gesture meant so much to our family. Physical therapy worked with my mom every day, and she often said they gave her a great workout. It was encouraging to see the progress she made during her stay.Overall, our time at Simpsonville Post Acute Care was worthwhile and played an important role in my mom’s recovery. We are grateful for the care she received and would confidently recommend this facility to anyone in need of post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
Could be better everyone is not polite and mostly judging the person they have to take care of.

I am 66 and disabled. I can not Believe employees get parking in the front but I have to park in the Back! Having to walk from the back is torture! Employees have a nice new Repaved lot in the Back. Make them use it!

A family member went through rehab at this location for about three weeks. During this time at least half (1/2) of her clothes were stolen. Oddly, dirty clothes were not taken, only the clean. We chalked it up to “the way things are”. But recently, another family member landed in a nearby hospital for surgery and the topic of missing clothes and Simpsonville Post Acute came up. The nurse on duty at the hospital knew of this place and expressed her knowledge of similar thefts of clothes with one of her family members. Theft of clothes is NOT an employee benefit. Theft of clothes is simply taking advantage of someone unable to prevent it. I’m not sure how one circumvents this .. other than to prohibit the laundering of clothes on-site and take the laundry home and do it yourself. What I do know is we had to replace a number of missing items .. and no one at the facility seemed to have any knowledge as to why or where or even made an attempt to help locate them. I can’t even believe stuff like this happens in this day and age.

My great uncle was diagnosed with cancer and recieved a colostomy bag, and the nurse he had during my visit was the rudest lady i ever met, she made him sit in his feces for 5+ hours causing him intense pain and didnt change it until i showed my rear end about their awful service

I like the professional receptionist, knowledge was shown. Clean facility impressive.
My father stayed at Simpsonville Post Acute for several weeks while in rehab. The staff is extremely caring and went out of their way to help me work through a long-term plan for him. Bridgette in the front office was an absolute angel to work with and provided guidance on options that for further care.
This is a team that cares!!! Regardless of when you go into this facility help is everywhere.
The facility looked clean, smelled clean, patients looked clean and well taken care of. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional.
Spamming me.
My mother had a terrible experience there I would not recommend this facility to no one
Very nice staff. Although the facility is a little old, it’s well maintained
I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding the quality of care at this nursing home. The facility has consistently failed to provide residents with the proper care and dignity they deserve. The following issues have been observed and/or reported: Failure to administer medications as prescribed. Neglect of residents’ personal hygiene needs. Poor housekeeping, including overflowing trash cans, trash on floors, and uncollected meal trays. Lack of clear communication with families regarding residents’ care plans. Allegations of staff physically abusing a patient, with the individual merely being transferred to another unit rather than terminated. Inconsistent or inaccurate reporting of resident health information between staff and family members. Failure to follow through with or schedule necessary medical appointments. A clear prioritization of financial gain over the well-being and care of residents. These issues reflect not only poor management but potential violations of state and federal standards. For the safety of the residents, I strongly urge the Department of Social Services and the Veterans Administration to conduct an independent audit of both billing practices and care services. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality, compassionate care for their loved ones. Residents deserve to be treated as human beings, not as sources of revenue.

Hello. My name is Doug suttle. My mother had broken her hip and needed rehab to get back walking again on her own. The couple of days we was there, things seemed to be going ok until she got this black eye that nobody can tell.me what happened. One of the admistrator had told me that due to her being nervous and shaking, that it was very possible that she could have hit her ownself in the eye. REALLY!!!! this place has been around for awhile and has even changed hands a few times and this is the best answer that came from her mouth. When you see things like this that has happened to your loved ones. You seem.to always assume things and trying to figure out what excatly happened, but we will never know. On top of that, mom gad got sick there and was sent to the hospital by my request. She had pneumonia and sepsis that put her in icu for a few days. My mom is still.in the hospital and and gettimg better everday. Im very thankful that mom is getting better and on the road to recovery.
